Jason and his team made quick work of taking down the basement ceiling that had been soaked by a clogged toilet. Clean up was excellent! The coordination and communication was very much appreciated. Also appreciated the speed at which they were available to address the problem. Well done!

I had a water leek in my ceiling on Christmas Day. They were the only ones who were willing to come right away and give me a fair estimate. James and Ozzy did an amazing job- completing it very throughly while also answering any questions I had. I highly recommend them.

Placed a call at 10:30pm and had their lead tech Jason knocking on my door by 11:30pm - talk about responsive! He assessed the situation, placed fans and dehumidifier for the night and by noon the next day full drying and mold prevention were in place. Now we can get back to being happy for the holidays. Obviously I hope to never need them again but I am now better educated about the impact of water, the need for speed to address the problem and process involved. Thank you to Nic, Jason, and team at Drying Tech for their swift, professional approach to the cleanup of my water heater and basement flood. Nic arrived within 90 min of calling for an assessment. He was knowledgeable, patient, and effective in communicating the path forward. Once the repairs were approved, Jason and his team were onsite within an hour starting the pull up the carpets, pads, cutting drywall, and cleaning out the mold growth. After they left, water started leaking from a drain we didn’t know what clogged. I called Jason at 8:45pm to help. He answered right away and gave me much needed guidance. I had a plumber out within 2 hours fixing the drain! The next day Jason came back for more repairs, following up prior to his arrival on how everything went the night before. I can’t recommend Drying Tech highly enough - anyone should feel very comfortable knowing they will get the job done quickly and efficiently while taking care of answering any and all questions that arise. Jason, ozzy, and rolly were excellent. My damn house flooded and I was in over my head, literally and metaphorically. They showed up with an a hour of me calling And help me get this catastrophe under control. A+ would recommend if you got water issues

Amazing and accommodating! Nick had come out to inspect a previous water damage project and was very helpful in recommending solutions. This time around, we had a leaky pipe in our wall that caused a black mold issue in the wall. Nick diagnosed the area and scheduled remediation quickly. Jason and Ozzy came and expertly removed the contaminated drywall to discover that it had spread much further on the opposite wall behind a bathroom vanity, which they couldn't access until the vanity was removed. They scheduled a return for early the next morning after the vanity was removed. Jason was extremely accommodating with our schedule and finished all of the additional remediation that was beyond the original scope. He even went out of his way to dispose of all the vanity demo, including the huge countertop, for us! It was a big relief for us to have Drying Tech be so helpful and respond quickly during a stressful project for us.

Jason Phillips and his team did an amazing job with a horrific sewer back up that flooded out our entire basement. They were professional and thorough. The team member Daniel that came to check on the status of the dehumidifiers and fans a few days after the cleanup as well as do the equipment pick up at the end of the week was equally as professional. Both Jason and Daniel made sure they explained everything every step of way so there was no confusion as to what steps had to be taken and what could and couldn’t be salvaged. I’m very grateful for all the hard work everyone put in to get this disaster cleaned up quickly.
