Jason and Dry Tech were excellent in cleaning our small basement flood. They arrived at the house within 20 minutes of my first call to them around 8:00. They started working on the clean up immediately, including sanitizing the floor and removing contaminated items, and were finished within 24 hours. They documented everything they did, keeping me informed along the way. Their service was extremely responsive and their communication was professional. Sam and James were very helpful. They responded very quickly to a water overflow in my master bathroom that damaged the ceiling below the room. They carefully moved my furniture, protected it, removed the affected drywall, and then set up dehumidifiers and fans in the bathroom and living room to dry the flooring from above and below.
