Drying Tech rocks the house when it comes to customer service/ FIRST RATE and I highly recommend!! Hard to find companies in the service industry these days who even answer their phones, much less respond to your needs in a pro-active position. When I called today, they answered their phone, quickly assessed my problem, and sent a tech to my house within the hour. Does not get much better than that folks. Thanks again Dying Techs!!

Drying Tech responded immediately to Munster disaster. I had called several companies and was given 24 to 48 hour time frames. They worked diligently and stayed late to get the job done. They were extremely nice and cleared up a problem caused by a previous company. I have them in my contacts and will call them again if needed.
