I had water intrusion in my basement, these guys showed up so quick and started the remedy process . They walked us thru the process and helped us understand our options. I totally recommend them .

This was our first time to work with Drying Tech. We had another company come assess our problem and they took several days to get back with us so my husband did a quick search for great reviews and Drying Tech stood out. Nic came to our house the same day the call was made. What we discovered as a small leak in our basement, turned out uncovering a bigger problem which involved mold under our new flooring. The team led by James Buck, were friendly, informative and patient throughout the entire experience. The level of detail put into the removal of the mold was very thorough. Not only visually did we see the level of quality we were getting but also the part we couldn’t see, our health concerns which were also addressed. We would highly recommend Drying Tech. James, Ozzy, Mark and Danial were so great to work with. They were all kind, efficient, punctual and their work ethic went above all expectations. Where we hope to never have to deal with water damage ever again, it’s nice to know we can count on Drying Tech to take care of it.

We hired Drying Tech PWC for mold remediation. Nic was a joy to work with- he was courteous, responsive, and patiently answered our questions and addressed all of our concerns. His crew arrived on time and were also courteous and answered all our questions. They did a thorough, neat, and FANTASTIC job! An added bonus was that the work site was clean when they were done! We give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend their services to our friends and families!

I’ll start by saying I’m very picky when it comes to letting someone inside my home, let alone fix parts of it. You can’t go wrong with choosing Drying Tech. Jason, the lead technician, was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very mindful of my home—since I don’t wear shoes inside, he immediately put on booties and made sure not to track dirt in or out. I work odd hours, and he even took my calls in the evenings, which I really appreciated. Ozzy and Enrique were fantastic as well. They sprayed everything down and kept my home clean, even while cutting into the drywall. They even made sure to lock up my house after they left (you can lock it from the inside, which was a nice touch). The team was proactive, quick, communicative, and thoughtful in both their work and how they set expectations and timelines. They made what was undoubtedly a stressful situation feel manageable. I highly recommend them!
