I did not receive the services myself, but I was present when they helped a close friend of mine who had horrible damage in her home from mold. My friend was very ill, so I was there to offer her support through this. They were so helpful and approachable with answering my friend's questions. They did a great job and my friend was very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

The Drying Tech team were very responsive. They arrived within 90 minutes of my call to provide an estimate and schedule the work. The mitigation team was thorough and efficient. The work was completed exactly according to the timeline.

Our water heater in the basement leaked and wet a section of carpet. I called Drying Tech and got a call back within an hour to schedule an estimate the following day. James came and did a thorough inspection and accurately assessed the damage and what needed to be done. We scheduled the crew to come after the water heater was replaced. Severo and Noe arrived for the required remediation work; they arrived on time and were very thorough and efficient in getting the job done. Nick arrived four days later to ensure that everything was dry and removed the equipment. Project manager, Brayan, was in communication with me throughout the entire process. Everyone with whom we interacted was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Definitely 5 star service. If you have the need, I would highly recommend Drying Tech.

Drying Tech did a great job from the very moment I called all the way through pickup. I got a comprehensive FREE inspection and estimate very quickly. Brayan was my inspector and estimator and he got my needs met at a fantastic price. Work started IMMEDIATELY which matters a lot to me because the house is actively on the market. The remediated did a fantastic job including taking my requests to cut clean drywall lines to allow me to make diy repairs in order to save myself some money. The work speaks for itself! It was very professional. My experience with drying tech continued to be great all the way through pickup of dehumidifier equipment where Nick was very helpful and quick to get all the gear out and to have my house looking like nobody had been there. 100% would recommend again!

James arrived at the time specified and took time to check for signs of mold on all surfaces. Explained how the kilts paint worked. Also checked the carpet throughout the basement and videoed so I would have documentation. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend James.
