James Buck visited our home for an inspection regarding mold. He was very efficient and thorough in finding the root cause of the issue, and provided good education on both short term treatments as well as long term solutions to prevent future/additional outbreaks. Unlike other parties who may try to squeeze a dime out of any situation - instead of charging me for the very minor treatments that needed to be done, he gave me the step by step process on how to do it myself, which I greatly appreciated. Keep in mind, this was just for the free estimate they offer. James has definitely earned my trust on behalf of Drying Tech of PWC. Hopefully this is the extent, though I now know who to reach out to, if issues arise in the future.

Highly recommend. Jason was a fantastic project manager. He did a great job communicating & was very responsive. If there was a hiccup, he immediately stepped in and resolved it. Enrique, Rollie, and Alejandro also did a great job and were very professional. As a woman I felt comfortable with this company & the men I interacted with. Part of why I liked Jason so much was he didn't patronize or rush me.

Recently we had the water damage-related to the basement due to the leakage from the water heater. We contacted Drying Tech and got quick response. They came to the house and completed the remediation process/fixing immediately. A quick shout out to the screw that includes: James, Enrique, Alejandro, Melbe. The screw took time to throughly cleaned up mold and made sure everything was fixed perfectly. Very happy with the service that Drying Tech provided to us. Highly recommended!
