Had a leak in a bathtub faucet yesterday. Unfortunately it ran for 5-6 hours before it burst and was loud enough for me to hear. In an effort to have someone come out late in the evening to take a look at the water, my wife found Dryer Tech on Google. The wonderful thing is that they were able to send someone out at midnight!! Jason, from Dryer Tech, was able to help me get the leak stopped down to a drip, and brought out some dehumidifiers and canisters to catch water. He has been incredibly helpful and his crews that have come to my house to do some work have been friendly, nice and hard working. So far they have been great to deal with, and have helped me with what I needed to tell my plumber when he came out to find and fix the leak.

We had a leak in our basement that required immediate remediation. Jason from Drying Tech came out the next day and provided an estimate. Severo and his team came out a day or two later and completed the remediation and removal of the materials damaged by the leak. Jason, Severo, Cam and the rest of the Drying Tech team has been amazing to work with. They’re super flexible, transparent, and do a great job. I’d highly recommend them to anyone requiring assistance with water damage related remediation.

Honestly the fastest quickest turnaround for a very unfortunate sewage situation in my place! The city decided to do some sewage work resulting in sewage all over my basement and Drying tech Jason, Severo and Ozzy came to my place within a couple of hours of making the call to them. They were able to move, sanitize and clean and dry everything and undo all the damage the sewage had caused in my basement. I could not recommend them enough to anyone that I even recommended them to a neighbor that had the exact same issue that same day. I am grateful that they were able to resolve the issue so quickly and will not hesitate to use them again. Thanks so much!

I had to call Drying Tech for the 3rd time and again an expert technician, Jason arrived and explained what had to be done. Rolly and Alejandro arrived and put plastic on the wooden floors and proceeded to go down to the basement to take care of the damage. I was given the contact info for Drying Tech of PWC after there was a block in the main sewer on our street and a bunch of folks on my block, myself included, had sewage back up through our basement drain into our basements. Frankly, this was emotionally overwhelming and daunting, not least because I had just spent alot of money getting the basement remodeled. Jason was able to come over and assess the situation and get a crew working to sanitize and dry everything much quicker than I could have imagined, and Enrique and Ozzy who carried out the work were friendly, hardworking, and overall terrific. They took ample measures to protect my house while doing the work, were tidy, and only removed what could not be sanitized/saved - the baseboard trim and a section of carpet and padding. They also knew how to work in the tight space of my basement laundry room/half bath and the utility closet to get the job done. Frankly, Drying Tech is like an "easy button" when you have an awful mess, and when they come to help deal with it, they are careful not to break or contaminate anything else. ---- I will totally call Drying Tech ASAP if this kind of thing ever happens again (which I hope it won't). I now feel good about being in my own home because they were here and did a great job.

Incredible service from everyone on the team at DryingTech LLC. They responded to our call quickly and within a day, sent out a knowledgeable team to do the required work within a day. After removing the water damaged wood and insulation, they diagnosed the source of the water leak and recommended a qualified plumber and plaster and painter repair service. Kudos to Nic (the PM), James and Enrique who did fabulous work and correctly diagnosed our problem, and Cameron who removed the equipment and left our house spotless! Highly recommend this company!!! A big 5 Stars!!!

We have a very high, vaulted wooden ceiling which our normal handyman couldn’t get to. We had I called Drying Tech and Jason came out and took a look at everything. Jason was confident his guys could get everything off, even the toughest stains. Enrique and Ozzie were the guys who came out to do the job. They didn’t pack up the job until I was 100% satisfied with everything. They went back to get even the smallest spots for me, at no extra cost. They just wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. I would 100% recommend Drying Tech to anyone who has a tough job they need done. Furthermore I’d especially recommend working with Jason.
