Very disappointed with my experience with Dry Out Tech LLC. After our basement flooded, they came out and dropped off 2 fans and a dehumidifier but never provided any estimate or explanation of pricing. During an already stressful situation, they used scare tactics to push us toward gutting our basement over a relatively small amount of water. They did not assist with stopping the water intrusion, cleanup, or any actual mitigation work beyond placing equipment in the basement. The equipment remained in our home from Friday until Monday morning when it was picked up. Even at pickup, the employee could not tell us what the charges would be. Later, we received an invoice for more than $1,000 labeled simply as “restoration services” with no itemized breakdown. We attempted to contact the company multiple times by phone, through the email address listed on the invoice, and through the email listed on their website, but received no response. To make matters worse, the “Contact Us” form on their website does not even function. Had we been informed upfront about the extremely high pricing for basic equipment rental, we never would have agreed to the service. Taking advantage of homeowners during an emergency is unacceptable.

Drying tech came to the rescue of our church today. After a sewage leak left our cellar a biohazard, the were on the scene quickly - within an hour of our call. Four hours later our ancient cramped cellar, a challenging space, was clean and drying. Alejandro and Sabero were so thorough and left our property looking better than before the leak. We are so grateful and would recommend this company to anyone in emergency need. The before and after photos tell the tale.

Had a leaky water valve in the basement and once it was fixed Drying Tech was out the next day to asses the situation and had their people here the next day. They did a great job,

Drying Tech did a great job responding to a leak which damaged drywall in my bathroom ceiling. Jason, Ozzie, and Rollie were very responsive, coming out and providing an estimate the day that I called. They then had a team out the very next day starting the work. Everything was kept very clean, with plastic sheeting put up everywhere to seal off the affected area. Jason was very responsive and kept me informed of the work being done. Very happy with project and would use them again.

They did a good job of drying out my water leak damage and making sure everything was dry and ready for repair.. Each one was polite and thorough. Two outstanding were Ozzie and Alejandro. Their estimate was fully paid by insurance. I wish I could say the same for the repair, drywall, and painting.

Had a leak in a bathtub faucet yesterday. Unfortunately it ran for 5-6 hours before it burst and was loud enough for me to hear. In an effort to have someone come out late in the evening to take a look at the water, my wife found Dryer Tech on Google. The wonderful thing is that they were able to send someone out at midnight!! Jason, from Dryer Tech, was able to help me get the leak stopped down to a drip, and brought out some dehumidifiers and canisters to catch water. He has been incredibly helpful and his crews that have come to my house to do some work have been friendly, nice and hard working. So far they have been great to deal with, and have helped me with what I needed to tell my plumber when he came out to find and fix the leak.

We had a leak in our basement that required immediate remediation. Jason from Drying Tech came out the next day and provided an estimate. Severo and his team came out a day or two later and completed the remediation and removal of the materials damaged by the leak. Jason, Severo, Cam and the rest of the Drying Tech team has been amazing to work with. They’re super flexible, transparent, and do a great job. I’d highly recommend them to anyone requiring assistance with water damage related remediation.
